Los Arbolitos is a small condo neighborhood in Oceanside, California which is in a perfect location close to local restaurants, shopping, and parks.

The monthly Home Owners Association dues cover trash, roof repairs, water, and ground maintenance around the neighborhood as well as a community pool and spa. There are also several hiking trails in this region.

Oceanside is served by several school districts. Students in this community may attend San Luis Rey Elementary School, Jefferson Middle School, and Ocean Shores High School. There are also several private facilities like Saint Mary Star of the Sea School, Old Mission Montessori School, and La Petite Academy. MiraCosta College and San Luis Rey College are nearby.

This region has many parks including nearby Fireside Park which has a playground, volleyball court, and basketball court. Others within a few minutes include Heritage Park and Ivey Ranch Park. The beach is just minutes away and travel is accessible via the 76 Freeway. To the south you’ll find the Emerald Isle Golf Course which is operated and owned by four PGA professionals who live in this city.

There are several shopping centers in this area whether you’re looking for groceries or high-end items. The Mission Douglas Plaza is on the north side of Freeway 76 and offering many options of merchants.

The beach city of Oceanside is San Diego County’s third largest. It forms a tri-city area with Vista and Carlsbad and is located south of the United States Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton. Attractions include the Oceanside Pier, Mount Ecclesia, The California Surf Museum, and Race Across America, a 3,000 mile bicycle race. Every May, the city holds The Beach Soccer Championships which is the largest event of its kind of the west coast.
